When creating the ZGB-601, we had one goal in mind: to open up to a new kind of sound. We wanted to show that hi-fi can be both precise and daring. The sound is coherent, rhythmic, and spacious, with a clearly defined front-to-back perspective.

The bass is rhythmic and fluid — less contoured, yet full and musical, providing a solid foundation that shines in rock and jazz music.High frequencies are clean, detailed, and naturally colored, without sharpness or fatigue. The ZGB-601 uses two mid-bass drivers and a silk-dome tweeter, enabling subtle tonal and textural nuances across the frequency range.

Unique Design

The D’Appolito arrangement and the speaker’s slender form create an exceptional soundstage with remarkable depth and precise instrument placement. The system is a two-way design featuring an advanced crossover network.

A smooth impedance curve ensures that the ZGB-601 pairs easily even with amplifiers sensitive to load variations. This makes it an excellent match for tube amplifiers as well.
